Mission Statement

g1fti.com exists to connect people and organizations doing genuine humanitarian work — projects that help humanity, meet a real need, or support someone through a difficult moment — with people who want to help them do it. g1fti.com is part of Healerverse Inc.'s broader gift-giving ecosystem: a place where giving is simple, verified, and built on trust between Donors and the causes they choose to support.

Agreement

g1fti.com is owned, supported, and operated by Healerverse Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Healerverse," "us," or "we"). These Terms of Use govern Your use of g1fti.com and the related products, features, applications, and services that we offer (the "Platform").
By creating a g1fti.com account, launching a Campaign, making a Donation, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, You agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Healerverse, the terms of which are set out in these Terms of Use, along with any additional terms and policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and our Licenses & Attributions page.
If You do not want to enter into this agreement or be bound by these Terms, do not create an account or use the Platform.
If You already have an account and wish to terminate it and this agreement, You may do so at any time by contacting us at notify@g1fti.com. The Termination provisions below will apply to any final issues regarding the closing of Your account, any active Campaign, and any Donations already made or received.

Definitions

"Campaign" means a fundraising page created by a Campaign Organizer to solicit Donations for a humanitarian purpose, a project that helps humanity, or an identifiable need.
"Campaign Organizer" means a natural person or organization that creates or manages a Campaign.
"Content" means any information, text, images, video, or data uploaded by a User to the Platform.
"Donation" means a voluntary monetary contribution made by a Donor to a Campaign.
"Donor" means a natural person or organization that makes a Donation.
"Personal Information" has the meaning given in our Privacy Policy.
"Platform" means the g1fti.com website and related applications and services.
"User" means a Donor, Campaign Organizer, or any other registered user of the Platform, and must be at least 18 years of age.
"You" or "Your" means a User.

Services

The Services We Provide

g1fti.com is a donation-based crowdfunding platform. It gives Campaign Organizers a place to describe a humanitarian need or project and gives Donors a simple, trustworthy way to support it. We verify Campaign Organizers, process Donations securely, and get funds to the people and causes behind each Campaign.

Who Can Use the Services

Our services are available only to natural persons over the age of 18, and to organizations acting through an authorized representative who is over 18. We do not offer or market the Platform to anyone under 18. You may not use the Platform if You are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to U.S. sanctions administered by OFAC, or if You appear on any U.S. government denied-party or sanctions list.

Donations Only — No Securities

g1fti.com facilitates donations only. No Campaign may offer, promise, or imply any equity interest, profit share, revenue share, security, investment return, dividend, royalty, loan repayment, or other financial or ownership interest in exchange for a Donation. Nothing on the Platform is, or should be construed as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security within the meaning of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or any state securities law. Any Campaign that solicits funds in exchange for equity, interest, or an investment return of any kind will be removed and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

How to Create a g1fti.com Account

Go to g1fti.com and follow the instructions to set up Your account. As noted above, by creating and using an account You are agreeing to this Agreement, these Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To protect Donors, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law, all Campaign Organizers — and, where required, the beneficiaries of a Campaign — must complete identity verification before funds can be disbursed. Verification is performed on our behalf by Didit, our identity-verification provider, and may include government-issued ID, date of birth, address, taxpayer identification number, and, for organizations, formation documents and beneficial-ownership information. We may reject, suspend, or delay a Campaign Organizer's registration, pause fundraising, or withhold, freeze, or reverse disbursement at any time if verification cannot be completed or a Campaign is flagged for suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

What You Can Post and Share

Campaign Organizers can post descriptions, photos, videos, goals, and updates to their Campaign page. Donors can leave public comments and messages of support. All Content must be accurate and must not violate these Terms or any related policy. Content that is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms will be removed. Repeated violations may result in a Campaign being restricted or an account being suspended or terminated, in Healerverse's sole discretion.

Public Campaigns

g1fti.com is built for public giving — Campaigns and Donations (unless made anonymously) are visible to other Users and the public. By creating a Campaign or making a public Donation, You are voluntarily putting that information into the public sphere. Donors may choose to donate anonymously to the public or fully anonymously at the time of Donation.

Your Obligations With Your Account

As a User, You agree to: (1) use a strong password and keep it confidential; (2) not transfer or sell any part of, or access to, Your account; (3) provide accurate information and complete any KYC verification requested of You; and (4) not use Your account for any fraudulent, harassing, or illegal purpose. Notify us immediately at notify@g1fti.com if Your account is compromised or if You see Content or Donations You did not authorize.

How Our Services Are Funded

g1fti.com's platform fee is paid by the Donor, not deducted from the Campaign Organizer's proceeds. At checkout, a 5% platform fee, plus a separate payment-processing fee charged by Stripe Connect, our payment infrastructure provider, is added on top of the Donation amount You choose to give. Both fees are clearly disclosed before You complete a Donation. The Campaign Organizer receives the full Donation amount You selected, without deduction, once the payout is disbursed. The platform fee supports Platform hosting, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.

Tax Deductibility

Donations made through g1fti.com are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible. A Donation is tax-deductible only if the recipient Campaign Organizer is a qualified tax-exempt organization under applicable law and the Donation otherwise meets the legal requirements for deductibility. Donors are responsible for determining the tax treatment of their own Donations and should consult a tax advisor.

Refunds

Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable once processed. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may be granted where a Donation was made in error, resulted from unauthorized card use, or was made to a Campaign later removed for a Terms violation. Healerverse may reverse, cancel, or refund a Donation, place a Campaign's funds on hold, or claw back disbursed funds if fraud, a chargeback, a dispute, or a violation of these Terms is identified.

Prohibited Campaigns

Campaigns offering equity, securities, interest, or any investment return in exchange for a Donation;
Fraudulent or materially misleading Campaigns, or misrepresentation of the beneficiary or use of funds;
Campaigns supporting illegal activity, hate speech, terrorism, weapons, illegal drugs, or activity violating a third party's rights;
Campaigns to fund bail, ransom, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law;
Use of the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or otherwise violate anti-money-laundering laws;
Attempting to circumvent KYC, verification, or fraud-prevention measures.

Permissions and Licenses

License to Content You post: As between You and Healerverse, You own the Content You submit or post to the Platform. You grant Healerverse a worldwide, royalty-free right to host, use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, publicly perform or display, and create derivative works of that Content, solely to operate, promote, and improve the Platform and Your Campaign's visibility — for example, featuring a Campaign in our marketing or on other Healerverse-family platforms to help it reach more potential Donors.

Permission to use Your name and profile information: You give us permission to use Your name, profile picture, and information about how You interact with the Platform in connection with operating and promoting g1fti.com and Your Campaign, without additional compensation to You.

Permission to send notices: We may send You notices about Your account, a Campaign, or a Donation. You consent to receive these communications; You can manage optional marketing communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using g1fti.com Intellectual Property

Healerverse retains all rights to the Platform's software, design, and trademarks. You may use our copyrights or trademarks only as expressly permitted in writing. You must obtain our prior written permission to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Platform, except to the extent the underlying software is subject to the AGPL-3.0 license as described on our Licenses & Attributions page, in which case that license governs.

Service Availability

The Platform may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We cannot guarantee the Platform will always be available, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance that temporarily takes the Platform offline. Healerverse is not a storage service and has no obligation to retain Your Content beyond what's required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Ability to Limit or Restrict Your Account

Healerverse reserves the right to limit Your use of the Platform, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate Your account, if You breach this Agreement, misuse the Platform, or violate any law — with or without prior notice, in our sole discretion.

Inaccurate or Harmful Campaign Information

While we verify Campaign Organizers and review Campaigns for compliance with these Terms, Healerverse does not independently verify every factual claim made within a Campaign's description or updates. You acknowledge that a Campaign may contain information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and that Healerverse is not responsible for the accuracy of Campaign Content beyond our verification and moderation efforts.

Data Security

We take data security seriously and describe our safeguards in our Privacy Policy. No system is completely secure, and despite our best efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of a data security incident.

User Safety

We encourage Donors and Campaign Organizers to be thoughtful about the personal information they include in Campaign descriptions, updates, and public comments, and to be cautious about arranging any in-person meeting connected to a Campaign.

Legal

No Warranty

Healerverse and its affiliates make no representation or warranty about the Platform, including any representation that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provide the Platform (including any Content) on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healerverse disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, and non-infringement.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Healerverse, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Platform or Your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether the claim is based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Healerverse has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Platform. In no event will Healerverse's aggregate liability to You exceed the greater of the Platform Fees You paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You. If You are a California resident, You waive California Civil Code Section 1542, and if You are a resident of another jurisdiction, You waive any comparable statute or doctrine.

Healerverse is not responsible for what Campaign Organizers or Donors post, share, or represent on the Platform, nor for a Campaign Organizer's actual use of Donations once disbursed. We are also not responsible for internet service outages or third-party service disruptions (including those of Stripe Connect or Didit) that may affect Your use of the Platform.

Not a Charity; No Guarantee

Healerverse is not a charity, nonprofit, or fiduciary with respect to any Campaign, and does not guarantee the completion, legitimacy, or outcome of any Campaign. Healerverse acts solely as a technology platform and payment facilitator connecting Donors and Campaign Organizers.

Sanctions, AML, and Compliance

You represent that You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that You do not appear on any restricted-party list maintained by OFAC, the U.S. Department of Commerce, or the U.S. Department of State. Healerverse maintains an anti-money-laundering and sanctions-compliance program applicable to Donations processed on the Platform and may request additional information, delay a transaction, or decline to process a Donation or payout at any time to comply with these obligations.

Governing Law and Disputes

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court or claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, You and Healerverse agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. YOU AND HEALERVERSE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. These Terms, and any dispute not subject to arbitration, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Account Cancellation, Suspension, or Termination

Healerverse reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate Your account at its sole discretion if these Terms, our Content Standards, or applicable law have been or may be violated. We may give notice and a chance to correct the issue, but are under no obligation to do so and may act immediately where necessary. You can contact us about any action taken on Your account at notify@g1fti.com.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use make up the entire agreement between You and Healerverse regarding Your use of g1fti.com, and supersede any other agreement You may have had with Healerverse regarding the Platform. These Terms can only be modified or changed in writing signed by both Healerverse and You, or updated by Healerverse as described in "Changes to These Terms" below.

Supplemental Terms

Severability: If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining portion remains in full force.
Transfer Rights: You cannot transfer Your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. Our rights and obligations are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Estate Issues: If You are a Campaign Organizer, You may designate an authorized representative to gain access to and manage Your Campaign should You die or become incapacitated. Only a person You have designated in writing, or in a valid will or similar legal document, will be granted such access.
Suggestions Are Not Compensable: We welcome feedback and suggestions. If You send them to us, we may use them freely, without credit or compensation to You, and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create or confer any third-party beneficiary rights.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any portion of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision. Any amendment or waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

We may make changes to these Terms of Use and related policies from time to time. We will post any changes here, and if they are significant changes that may affect Your use of the Platform, we will provide notice via Your account, conspicuously on this page, or by other means. If You object to a change, You may close Your account as described above.
